We’ve launched our first Customer Advisory Board (CAB) today. Our CAB consists of a group of high caliber People leaders carefully selected to serve as strategic advisors as we continue our mission to help companies cultivate lasting relationships with their employees and candidates.
The new CAB will come together as a community of leaders to share best practices, industry knowledge and market trends in the HR and people space. The CAB will also help drive Welcome’s market strategy and product roadmap, incorporating solutions to problems that are top of mind and most impactful for HR and People teams.
To represent the most diverse set of industries and company stages, Welcome has invited a number of its closest customers from verticals across financial services, ed tech, e-commerce, retail, and SaaS.
As Welcome redefines and reimagines compensation, our ultimate goal is to foster an environment for customers to have meaningful conversations and together, steer the future of compensation.
